Alana and Josh’s Vibrant Maximalist Wedding
Some weddings are designed to be quiet and understated, and others are designed to be a full-blown celebration of life, love, and colour. Alana and Josh’s wedding was vibrantly and unapologetically the latter. Held at Alloway Hall in downtown Winnipeg, this was a day bursting with energy, engaging details, and an explosion of joyful colour. It was a masterclass in maximalism, blending classic elements with fun, funky, and modern design choices for a celebration that was as unique and spirited as the couple themselves.
The day was filled with playful wave stationery, a stunning multi-course dinner from the brilliant Chef Ben Kramer, and one of the most energetic dance parties we have ever witnessed. A winter wedding holds a special kind of magic. There’s an inherent romance in the cozy atmosphere, the rich textures, and the warm glow of candlelight against a snowy landscape. For Leah and Jared, their winter wedding was all of this and more—a celebration that was timeless, vibrant, and incredibly chic. Their vision was to wrap their guests in warmth and elegance, using a sophisticated palette of hunter green, black, and white, all brought to life with an abundance of candlelight.
Held at the beautiful Fairmont Winnipeg, this was a day that perfectly balanced classic style with modern details. From the sentimental bouquet to the velvet-draped chuppah, every element was chosen with intention and love. Eugenia & Jed’s Elegant and Timeless Wedding
Today we are thrilled to feature a truly romantic and timeless wedding at the historic Fort Garry Hotel. Eugenia and Jed’s wedding aesthetic had plenty of romantic underpinnings, and we purposefully contrasted those classic elements with modern touches to make it a celebration that felt authentic to the couple’s outgoing and spirited nature. The goal was to create a feeling of old-world elegance and romance and there was no photographer duo better suited for the task than Michael and Melanie. Ashley and Leo’s Colourful Museum Wedding
As a wedding planner, Ashley and Leo’s wedding is one of those celebrations you dream of planning, and lucky for us, our dream came true last summer! Together, we planned a celebration bold in style and bright in colour. Our palette of tangerine orange, sage green, lavender, and blush was present in every detail across the ceremony and reception at the Manitoba Museum.
